How to Prepare for Your Brazilian Blowdry
On the day of your brazillian blowdry service, shampoo two times with a clarifying, purifying shampoo. Make sure you don’t buy any shampoos that have any moisturizing properties. The goal is to strip the hair of any build up of oil, minerals and products.
Some examples of inexpensive clarifying, purifying shampoos are:
- Pantene Pro V Purity clarifying shampoo
- Vo5 Herbal Escapes clarifying shampoo
- Tresemme deep cleansing shampoo for all hair types
When you shampoo make sure that the mid and ends of your hair get it too. When you shampoo the second time, leave your hair on top of your head for three (3) minutes. Make sure that you rinse all of the shampoo out really well. Do not condition your hair or put any other product on.
